TTS Meats considers the quality and safety of all the produce supplied by all the companies in the group to be of the utmost importance. We pride ourselves in always meeting the exacting requirements of the leading food quality and hygiene standards organisations. You can be confident that produce supplied buy any company in the TTS Group will meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. TTS Meats is accredited by the standards organisations listed on this page.
We are proud of our accreditation status with all the institutions mentioned on this page as they demonstrate our commitment to the quality of the meat we supply. We display all of our accreditations on our delivery boxes and other packaging materials. However, this is not meant to imply that the meat contained in any given box is subject to all of the accreditation agencies listed. The meat we deliver will be subject to the appropriate agency where applicable. For example, if an order for beef does not specify Welsh Beef, the beef supplied will not be subject to the Hybu Cig Cymru PGI accreditation, but it will be subject to FSA regulations, as these cover all the meat provided from our plant.
The Food Standards Agency is an independent government department responsible for food safety and hygiene across the UK. We work with businesses to help them produce safe food, and with local authorities to enforce food safety regulations.
The Food For Life Catering Mark provides an independent endorsement that food providers are taking steps to improve the food they serve, using fresh ingredients which are free from trans fats, harmful additives and GM, and better for animal welfare. TTS Meats is an accredited Organic Catering Supplier.

Hybu Cig Cymru (Meat Promotion Wales) acts as guardian of the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef designations.
Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef were granted PGI status by the European Commission in July 2003 and November 2002 respectively and HCC considers the status of PGI to be of enormous economic importance to the Welsh red meat industry, as it identifies the origin and unique qualities of both Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef.
